A healthy mind resides in a healthy body.
As the old saying goes, living a healthy and beautiful life starts with maintaining a healthy body.
Physical, mental, work, love, food, exercise, music, hobbies...everything in life is based on balance.
When your physical balance shifts to one side, your way of thinking tends to shift to one side as well. If you do this, you will begin to see people, things, and things on the other side exclusively, and you will tend to blame them.
When your body leans, all of your five senses - eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and skin - sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch - physically lean.
We see, hear, and feel everything with these five senses, so if we lose our balance, we may end up perceiving straight things at an angle, or perceiving distorted things as correct. That means it's going to be expensive. Also, distortion creates tension throughout the body, and that tension creates mental tension.
Thinking while you are not relaxed can lead to frustration and anxiety. Until I corrected my own distortions, I had lived my life blaming other people for everything, such as it wasn't my fault, that person's fault, the system was bad, my parents were bad, etc. Now that I think about it, it was an uncool and unbeautiful way to live.
However, by regaining my original balance, I realized that I was seeing everything diagonally. At this moment, a shock ran down my back, as if I had been hit by lightning.
It wasn't the other person's fault, it was just me being distorted. As the famous person said, ``Love thy neighbor,'' it is best for all of us to live by loving each other. This is a universal theme for all humankind, and even though we know in our heads that we should do so, in reality we have not been able to clear it. People still deny each other's claims, abuse each other, and sometimes even fight. We want to abandon our obsession with things that shouldn't be done this way, abandon the imposition that things should be done this way, and sometimes transcend religion and common sense, and feel happiness in simply caring for our neighbors, like we did when we were children, regardless of our constraints or positions. is.
Life is meant to be enjoyed, not practiced. In order to create a world where all human beings can always have fun and laugh, just like when they were born as babies, the shortest way to do so is to first balance the body, which is the ``vessel''. I would like to express my gratitude to you!

Participants' comments
Mr. M.N.
It was very good. When I wrapped the obi around me, I was able to move my body more easily. I thought the old lifestyle was really amazing.
Mr. D
I could feel the effects on the day, and above all, it was a very satisfying and meaningful experience to be taught through theory and experience based on ancient literature and paintings.
Mr. R.K.
It's easy to incorporate how to use an obi in everyday life, and I'm sure you'll be able to put it into practice right away. We value the habit of being in touch with our bodies.
Mr. Y.N.
I was surprised to learn that the cause of illness, the distortion of the body, came from "Jaw distortion." As I wrapped the obi around me and felt a sense of alignment in my body, I wanted to wake up my still sleeping body.
